Great location near shops and restaurants, plus a rooftop onsen that adds a nice touch. Most staff are friendly and helpful, though I had a little hiccup with accessing the onsen due to crowds. A fantastic experience-just be aware of those breakfast choices!

Professional and well-trained staff, marvellous breakfasts, good job!
Everything was perfect, comfortable modern hotel. Location next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, many eateries and the the main shopping streets with many eateries and shops. Also, to main shopping district. Perfect overall experience.

I had a fantastic experience at the granbell hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. I found the room to be surprisingly spacious compared to other business hotels I’ve stayed in. The cleanliness was impressive, and I appreciated having access to the public bath, which was quiet during my visits.
N/A 😌.

we enjoyed the excellent onsen with its open-air concept and found the breakfast to be good. the staff were attentive and helpful, and the bed was comfortable, definitely the best we've encountered during our travels in japan.
Nothing much to complain about. 😕.

review: The triple room had ample space, a modern design, and convenient luggage storage beneath the elevated beds. Enjoyed the public bath, although it was a bit crowded at times. Location's great for accessing Susukino and plenty of dining options nearby, plus the nearby 7-Eleven was a bonus! , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-01-15}

The onsen is fantastic, offering both indoor and outdoor pools that are super relaxing. Plus, it's right next to a lively eatery street-so many delicious options just a short walk away! The cozy lobby was perfect for getting some work done too.
the breakfast buffet didn’t look appealing, so we decided to skip it. A little more attention to these details would make it even better!

The staff here seemed to lack basic service etiquette. I found the room to be cramped, tight spaces barely fit my bags. So disappointing when I expected a certain level of comfort. Not a single complimentary gesture for all the trouble. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

I stayed for two nights while exploring the region, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location is perfect, close to shops and dining options. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the rooftop public bath, which offered tranquility and stunning views. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Plus, having a 7-11 right next door was convenient for snacks and essentials.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The staff were helpful, assisting me with luggage and offering recommendations for local restaurants. The public bath was clean and a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring.
The room lacked a luggage rack.

missingWrote a review on 04 Novinconvenient transportation
The location is convenient for public transportation but note that no public transit is available for early flights before 5:20 AM, which can lead to costly taxi rides if you're catching a morning flight. There was a slight oversight with room amenities-if you're planning on doing laundry and need an iron, be prepared to haul the ironing board along yourself, which can be inconvenient, especially after a long day of exploring.

The room with a stunning view of the city skyline was a highlight, allowing me to unwind while soaking in the beautiful scenery.
Nonetheless, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic experience.

The delights of Sapporo's culinary scene are just a stone's throw away! I stumbled upon Ramen Sapporo Akaboshi, where the broth was to die for, and the gyoza at Family, just a brisk walk from the hotel, was pure heaven! Plus, the modern hotel vibe and lovely onsen added a cherry on top to my stay.
Sure, the room was a bit snug for two, and the lack of a bathtub was a bummer, but you know what? Everything else shone bright! Plus, keep those tattoos under wraps with stickers if you want to dip in the public bath, or just enjoy the rest of the great amenities!
